Heartbeat International and the Coalition Leadership Network held their Northeast Retreat in West Boylston, Massachusetts, bringing together pregnancy help leaders from four states to focus on the importance of rest and spiritual renewal in ministry leadership. The retreat addressed challenges such as staffing shortages and cultural difficulties while emphasizing sustainable leadership and the need for creative rest amid the demanding environment of pregnancy help work in the Northeast.

Pregnancy help leaders across the Northeastern U.S., including Massachusetts, face challenges such as staffing shortages, client homelessness, and leadership transitions while continuing to serve women and families with passion and vision. Massachusetts centers were part of a multi-state visit highlighting diverse ministry approaches, including maternity housing needs and collaborative resource sharing among pregnancy help organizations.
